Newly hired Contract of Service (COS) employees of the University participated in an orientation designed to familiarize them with key university policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The <\/a>orientation covered a range of essential topics, including the university\u2019s VMGT, organizational structure, dress code, office hours, employee discipline, office decorum, appointment processes, and employee benefits. Additionally, participants were briefed on financial policies, cash advance liquidation, academic sector operations, ISO awareness, and Gender and Development (GAD) concepts, including gender sensitivity and personality development. The session also emphasized adherence to the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards (RA 6713).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Held annually, this initiative ensures that new employees are well-informed about the university\u2019s goals and operational procedures, equipping them to contribute effectively to the institution\u2019s success.#<\/p>\n\n\n\n
