Alsaen (now Ms. Shyla Alsaen-Andrada) for being recognized as a National Honore<a><\/a>e in the 58th Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP), having earned a place among the 30 national finalists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Originally selected as one of the 30 national finalists in 2019, the formal recognition was delayed due to the suspension of the ten TOSP search during the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Alsaen, a Batch 2019 graduate of the Bachelor in Agricultural Technology program, was a dedicated student leader, academic achiever, and passionate researcher. She was an instructor at the University&#8217;s School of Agriculture aand Forestry.
