Lidua, laid out the requirements of the Commission on Higher Education for the COE application to VP for Internationalization, Planning and Information Management Atty. Dexter C. Lingbanan, VP for Academic Affairs Dr. Geraldine L. Madjaco, MPSU-Bontoc College of Teacher Education Dean Dr. Annie Grail F. Ekid, MPSU-Tadian College of Teacher Education Dean Dr. Oliver Dominguez, College of Criminal Justice Education Dean Dr. Edgar B. Mapangdol, and the respective program chairpersons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The CoE aims to sustain and develop excellence in higher education institutions to support nation-building and national development.
