The Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC), through its Human Resources Development Office, undergoes onsite assessment for Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) initiated by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) gearing to achieve Bronze Award at the College Administrative Hall today, June 19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, MPSPC\u2019s HRMO is on Maturity Level 2 which indicates that the agency is ready to <\/a>demonstrate and exercise delegated HR functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To pass for the Bronze Award, they must pass the assessment of the HR systems, HRMO competencies and practices in the 4 HR areas: Recruitment, Selection and Placement; Learning and Development; Performance Management and; Rewards and Recognition and comply with CSC laws and rules on HR records management.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
