Madjaco; Reflective Teaching and Learning by Dr. Ethel Reyes-Chua; and Best Practices in Teaching and 21st Century Skills of Teachers and 21st Century Skills for Students by Dr. Annie Grail F. Ekid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Describing the webinar as a &#8220;humble contribution to empower professionals to continue learning, growing, and reflecting in their respective fields,&#8221; MPSU-Bontoc Campus Administrator and CPD Manager Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed added that said webinar affirms the collective efforts of making the University a &#8220;stronghold of quality, innovation, and professional excellence.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Further, University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, in his inspirational message, also noted that said activity served as a reflection of MPSU\u2019s commitment &#8220;to align initiatives of educators with trends and best practices in teaching methodologies, and ultimately in the process, to provide lifelong learning to our students.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To conclude the webinar, Vice President for Administration and Finance Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo, Jr., reminded the participants that the event is not only about the CPD points, but also about the learners&#8217; gains and how the participants will share these gains with their students and their fields of practice. &#8220;Reflective Teaching is more than a practice&#8230; it is the core of education,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This webinar marks the
