Cue, represented by Chief Administrative Officer Mr. Dexter C. Lingbanan, welcomed the participants and guests while encouraging them to be engaged in the discussion of the said event. &#8220;&#8230;So help us, and together we emerge as one strong and empowered community, one province and one country,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also present during the seminar were the personnel from NCIP- Mountain Province headed by Provincial Director Atty. Wilson K.
