Caranto, the Director and Focal Person for Gender and Development of the academe, aimed to deepen participants&#8217; understanding&nbsp;<a><\/a>of gender dynamics, promote inclusive decision-making, and equip stakeholders with practical tools to foster equality and empowerment within the cooperative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By addressing key gender issues and encouraging practices that ensure fairness and equity, the activity actively contributed to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 5 (SDG 5): Gender Equality, empowering women and men alike to participate fully and equally in decision-making and leadership roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This initiative underscores the University&#8217;s dedication to championing
