This event took place on November 13-14, 2024, in partnership with the Extension Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The workshop aimed to lay a foundation for more effective and sustainable local governance by strengthening the essential skills required for efficient administration. Participants included barangay officials, SK officials, secretaries, and treasurers from Betwagan and Anabel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) \u2014 specifically SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 16 (Peace, Justiceand Strong Institutions), and SDG 17 (Partnership for the Goals) \u2014 the capacity-building initiative aimedto achieve several objectives: enhance meeting efficiency by teaching best practices for meeting management; improve time management skills by equipping participants with techniques for prioritizing tasks, setting realistic goals, and allocating time effectively; develop effective stress management techniques; and improve decision-making processes through the principles of Completed Staff Work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Completed Staff Work is a method that emphasizes thorough preparation of tasks to assist decision- makers in acting effectively.
