Similarly, the conduct of athletes\u2019 recollection cum team-building activities with a gender lens will strengthen connections between team members and facilitate the enhancement of athletes\u2019 interpersonal skills that embody gender-sensitive consciousness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>College President Edgar G. Cue in his message during the send-off program for the Polytechnic&#8217;s contingent, firmly pledged his commitment to support all students\u2019 endeavors. He continued, \u201cAs we significantly dig our posts in local, regional, national sports and extracurricular activities, we are remaining committed to embody the fundamental values that MPSPC instill in us, such as PROFESSIONALISM, RESILIENCE, INCLUSIVITY, MORAL INTEGRITY, and EXCELLENCE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cue also encouraged the student-athletes to instill the values of sportsmanship, discipline,
