Segundo, representing the Regional Director of DOH-CAR Dr. Ferdinand M. Benbenen; Executive Assistants Rolando B. Bragado and Ernesto P. Bondad, representing the Provincial Governor Bonifacio C. Lacwasan Jr.; Provincial Health Officer Dr. Annie Claire B. Pekas; other PLGU staff; and MPSU officials.#<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a
