Cue joined government officials, educators, and industry partners in celebrating the 7th Anniversary of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority \u2013 Cordillera State Institute of Technical Education (TESDA C-SITE) held at the TESDA C-SITE Main Campus Multipurpose Hall, Military Cut-off, Baguio City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event marked seven years of TESDA C-SITE\u2019s commitment to delivering quality technical-vocational education and advancing skills development initiatives that foster inclusive growth across the Cordillera region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the celebration, President Cue was invited to witness the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) among TESDA, MOOG Philippines, Baguio Country Club, and John Hay Management Corporation. The MoU aims to strengthen industry\u2013government\u2013academe collaboration through industry-driven and demand-responsive training programs designed to enhance workforce readiness in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Cue\u2019s presence underscored MPSU\u2019s strong partnership with TESDA and their shared mission of empowering communities through skills development, reinforcing collaborative efforts that support workforce readiness and sustainable development.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>January 24, 2026 &#8211;
