The University\u2019s Liberal Arts Department is conducting the third phase of its Leadership and Public Speaking Seminar and Workshop today, 08 April 2026. The event, themed “Speaking Truth to Power: Professional Integrity in Public Discourse,” aims to enhance participants’ leadership and ethical communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lectures for the said event were delivered by Dr. Rexton F. Chakas and Mr. Arthur Leonard B. Odsey of the Provincial Local Government Unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Said seminar also featured a keynote message from University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, represented by MPSU-Bontoc Administrator Dr. Arel. B. Sia-ed, where he stressed that public speaking is not just about overcoming fear but about embracing responsibility to communicate truth, inspire action, and drive meaningful change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workshops will be conducted where the participants will engage in practical exercises to further develop their public speaking and leadership skills.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
