University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue through his representative Atty. Denmark P. Butic, graced the Plotting of Course Offerings and Faculty Workloads, delivering a message that framed the day\u2019s work as a defining moment in shaping the institution\u2019s future this April 21, 2026 at Coffee and Lemon caf\u00e9, Samoki, Bontoc, MP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his message, He reminded faculty and administrators that every course opened, every workload assigned, and every schedule designed becomes part of a greater story carried forward by students and remembered by future generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs we gather for this important activity, I invite each one of you to look beyond the schedules, beyond the numbers, and beyond the immediate tasks at hand. What we are doing today is not just an academic exercise\u2014it is a defining moment where we shape the future of our institution,\u201d said Dr. Cue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also challenged participants to work with vision and purpose, not merely to comply with requirements but to build a shared legacy rooted in fairness, excellence, and genuine service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou are not just planners of courses\u2014you are architects of opportunity. You are not just assigning workloads\u2014you are shaping the conditions that allow both faculty and students to thrive,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quoting Peter Drucker, Dr. Cue reminded the group:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe best way to predict the future is to create it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
