Please be informed that the General Orientation and Disbursement will be conducted on the following schedules and venues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

April 21, 2026 (Tuesday), 7:30 A.M. \u2013 Eyeb Open Gym (Bontoc Campus)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

April 22, 2026 (Wednesday), 8:00 A.M. \u2013 IPED Building (Tadian Campus)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All grantees are required to be accompanied by a parent during the activity. In the absence of a parent, a guardian (e.g., older sibling, relative, or landlady\/landlord) may serve as a representative, provided that a valid identification card is presented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kindly prepare and submit the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Three (3) colored photocopies of your school ID, printed back-to-back on long bond paper<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Each copy must bear your signature and the date on the right side of the paper<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*The signature must be consistent with the one reflected on your school ID<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, students who have not yet submitted their tree planting photo documentation are required to submit the same on or before April 20, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
