Prior to the issuance of the Visitor&#8217;s Pass, the visitor shall surrender one (1) valid government-issued or company-issued identification card as collateral or in lieu of the Visitor&#8217;s Pass. Upon completion of the visitor&#8217;s transaction or official business within the campus, the Visitor&#8217;s Pass shall be returned to the guard on duty, after which the surrendered valid ID shall likewise be returned to the visitor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For purposes of this policy, &#8220;VISITORS&#8221; shall refer to all individuals who are not officially enrolled students, regular employees, faculty members, or authorized personnel of the University. This includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Parents and guardians<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. Suppliers and delivery personnel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c. Alumni and guests<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d. Researchers and applicants<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e. Government and private agency representatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f. Contractors and service providers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>g. Visitors attending meetings, seminars, and university activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>h.
