Cue, through his representative, Atty. Denmark P. Butic delivered a compelling message during the Workshop on Academic Policy Formulation and Review, held today via Zoom meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his remarks, Dr. Cue underscored the significance of policies as instruments that define values, amplify voices, and shape success within the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Today, our activity will be one of our ways to shape the kind of university we choose to become. As policies carry real power, they define our values, determine whose voices are heard, and shape who succeeds,\u201d said Dr. Cue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also emphasized that policies must remain dynamic, describing them as \u201cliving documents\u201d that evolve alongside changing circumstances in higher education, government regulations, and student needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Highlighting the role of inclusivity, He stressed that strong policies should not only guide, protect, and hold the institution accountable but also ensure that diverse stakeholders are represented.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>University President Dr. Edgar G.
