IPED BUILDING—To ensure the seamless delivery of financial assistance, 396 student-grantees from the campus gathered for the Notice of Award (NOA) signing, orientation, and Landbank rollout 13 May 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The beneficiaries belong to batches 22.1 and 23.1 of the Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) and the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scholarships and Grants Coordinator Dr. Jay B. Napanoy led the orientation, where he discussed the governing policies and the rigorous guidelines that scholars must uphold to maintain their grants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simultaneously, the Landbank of the Philippines-Bontoc Branch, headed by Manager Mr. Brent Lee W. Capsuyen, facilitated the account rollout to provide the students with direct and secure access to their government stipends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event saw a unified show of support from university and local leaders. CHED-CAR Regional Director Dr. Serafin L. Ngohayon, through a video message, joined University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, represented by VP for Academic Affairs Dr. Geraldine L. Madjaco and MPSU-Tadian Administrator Dr. Brent Greg E. Gomuad in encouraging the students to maximize the given opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Local government officials also extended their support, including Congressman Maximo Y. Dalog, Jr., represented by Mr. Dionisio Wacdisen, and Governor Bonifacio C. Lacwasan Jr., represented by Executive Assistant Mr. Winston V. Calde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The officials challenged the grantees to remain dedicated to their studies, emphasizing that the financial aid serves as a significant investment in the province\u2019s future human capital.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
