Cue warmly introduced the guest of honor and speaker, Honorable Amenah F. Pangandaman, the 12th Secretary of the Department of Budget and Management of the Philippines and recipient of the degree Doctor of Philosophy in Economics, Honoris Causa. Secretary Pangandaman\u2019s accomplishments and exceptional leadership served as an inspiration to the graduating class as they embark on a new chapter of their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In her message, Secretary Pangandaman shared a few simple pieces of advice for the graduates. First, there is no substitute for hard work. Second, always show kindness. Third, be grateful at all times. Fourth, find your passion and advocacy. Lastly, be agile and adaptable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWherever life takes you, continue to brew excellence. May you cultivate heritage. May you roast your potentials through perseverance. And may you savor not only personal success but also meaningful success,\u201d added Secretary Pangandaman.
