The Commission on Higher Education \u2013 Cordillera Administrative Region (CHED-CAR) invites all interested individuals to join the CHANGE (Cordillera Higher Education Advocates’ Network for Gender Equality) Logo Design Contest.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
The contest aims to create the official logo of CHANGE, a regional network of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the Cordillera Administrative Region committed to promoting gender equality, women’s empowerment, inclusivity, diversity, gender-responsive governance, collaboration, and transformative leadership.<\/div>\n

The contest is open to:<\/div>\n
\u2022 Students<\/div>\n
\u2022 Faculty members<\/div>\n
\u2022 Non-teaching personnel<\/div>\n
\u2022 Alumni of Higher Education Institutions<\/div>\n
\u2022 Professional artists<\/div>\n
\u2022 Graphic designers<\/div>\n
\u2022 The general public<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\ud83d\udcdd\"<\/span> Contest Guidelines<\/div>\n
\"\u2714\ufe0f\"<\/span> The logo must be an original work of the participant.<\/div>\n
\"\u2714\ufe0f\"<\/span> Entries must not have been previously published, submitted to another contest, or generated wholly or partially using Artificial Intelligence (AI) image-generation platforms.<\/div>\n
\"\u2714\ufe0f\"<\/span> The design should reflect the vision, mission, and core values of CHANGE, incorporating themes of gender equality, inclusivity, collaboration among higher education institutions, and the distinct identity of the Cordillera Region.<\/div>\n
\"\u2714\ufe0f\"<\/span> The logo must be suitable for both colored and monochrome formats and remain clear and recognizable when resized.<\/div>\n
\"\u2714\ufe0f\"<\/span> Only one (1) entry is allowed per participant.<\/div>\n

Submit the following:<\/div>\n
\u2022 High-resolution PNG file with a transparent background<\/div>\n
\u2022 Editable source file (AI, EPS, SVG, or PSD)<\/div>\n
\u2022 A Concept Paper (maximum of 300 words in PDF format) explaining the symbolism and meaning of the logo, including the participant’s name, contact number, and email address.<\/div>\n
