The Mountain Province State University (MPSU) announces the opening of applications for the Iskolar ng LANDBANK Program (ILP) 2026, a scholarship initiative of the LANDBANK Countryside Development Foundation, Inc. (LCDFI) under the theme: “600@60: Developing Scholars and Nurturing Talents Towards Serving the Nation.”<\/div>\n

Said scholarship program aims to provide educational assistance to deserving but underprivileged students who are children or grandchildren of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) or Small Farmers and Fishers (SFFs).<\/div>\n

\"\u2714\"<\/span> Be a resident of Mountain Province;<\/div>\n
\"\u2714\"<\/span> Be a child or grandchild of an ARB or a Small Farmer\/Fisher registered in the RSBSA;<\/div>\n
\"\u2714\"<\/span> Have a minimum average grade of 90% or belong to the Top 10% of their Senior High School class;<\/div>\n
\"\u2714\"<\/span> Not be enjoying any other scholarship, grant, or financial assistance; and<\/div>\n
\"\u2714\"<\/span> Have an annual family income not exceeding \u20b1300,000.00.<\/div>\n
