Cue, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Geraldine L. Madjaco delivered the President&#8217;s message, encouraging participants to actively engage in the discussions and work together in ensuring the effective implementation of the enhanced guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The orientation focused on the provisions, documentary requirements, evaluation criteria, and implementation process of DBM\u2013CHED Joint Circular No. 1, s. 2026, to help ensure consistent application across the University. It also incorporated a Gender and Development (GAD) perspective to support fair, inclusive, and responsive faculty evaluation and promotion processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The activity also served as a venue to address concerns, clarify issues, and strengthen MPSU&#8217;s commitment to transparent, equitable, and quality human resource
