Cue, through Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Geraldine L. Madjaco, encouraged participants to actively engage in the discussions and work collectively toward the fair, transparent, and effective implementation of the enhanced faculty reclassification guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The orientation aimed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the updated implementing guidelines, including the evaluation criteria and documentation required for faculty reclassification.
