Cue underscored the importance of prioritizing mental health alongside academic success, reminding students that, &#8220;Your mental health is just as important as your achievements. No grade, award, or accomplishment is more important than your well-being.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Featured resource speakers in this event were Rev. Fr. Marcial Lloyd C. Casta\u00f1eda, who discussed &#8220;Nurturing the Spirit: Strengthening Mental Health Through Faith, Hope, and Purpose,&#8221; and Dr. Ricky B. Ducas, who presented &#8220;Building Resilient Minds: Practical Strategies for Mental Wellness and Emotional Well-being.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The H.E.A.L. program supports the University&#8217;s endeavor to fostering a healthy and inclusive academic environment by promoting the overall well-being of its students through learning opportunities, wellness
