Cue and represented by Chief of Staff Dr. Karen B. Cue, underscored the value of learning, perseverance, and self-belief. Dr. Cue also encouraged the participants to look beyond their present circumstances, embrace opportunities for growth, and prepare for a better future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conducted in partnership with the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), the initiative goes beyond livelihood training.
