The Mountain Province State University (MPSU) in partnership with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) held the Barista NC II Training for Batch 2 on September 18, 2026 at the HM Hall, MPSU, Bontoc, MP. \u200e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u200eUniversity President Dr. Edgar G. Cue through Campus Administrator, Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed graced the event and encouraged the participants to maximize the training as an opportunity to develop practical skills, build confidence, and prepare for the future livelihood and career opportunities. \u200e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBarista NC II is more than learning how to prepare and serve coffee. It is about developing discipline, creativity, attention to detail, customer service, and professionalism,\u201d Dr. Cue said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u200eRepresenting Provincial Director Sir Felixberto B. Matute Jr., Ms. Whiteney M. Fokleg facilitated the orientation on the said training, providing participants with an overview of the training and its opportunities for skills certification and professional growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also present was Congressman Hon. Maximo Y. Dalog Jr., represented by Ms. Wabilyn Lomong-oy, who \u200econveyed his message of encouragement to the participants and support for initiatives promoting skills development and livelihood opportunities in Mountain Province. \u200e<\/p>\n\n\n\n
