MPSU joins MFPS turnover ceremony


Sagada, Mountain Province – In an aim to strengthen partnership, MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue represented by Vice President for Administration and Finance Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo, Jr., during the turnover ceremony of the Mercury-Free Processing System (MFPS) which was held at St. Matthew’s Parish Center, Bangaan Road, earlier today, February 3.

In his message, he expressed his gratitude to Planet Gold Philippines, who initiated the said project. Likewise, he also commended the Artisanal and Small-scale Gold Mining (ASGM) community for embracing such innovations that will upgrade livelihood and, in the same manner, promote environmental protection.

MPSU personnel attending the ceremony also were: Director for Extension Services Dr. Joy Frainne Ngodcho; and RDE staff Ms. Laire Ligligen and Sheemah Mapangdol.
