
Bontoc, Mountain Province – A total of 227 Bachelor of Science in Criminology interns Masiglat Class of 2025 from the Mountain Province State University (MPSU) were turned over to the Mountain Province Police Provincial Office (MPPPO), Bontoc Municipal Police Station (BMPS), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) at the Camp Geronimo F. Montes, Poblacion today, February 14.
MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue graced the event with his presence and an inspirational message to the criminology students.
Further, the following heads of the four agencies gave their empowering messages, namely: MPPPO Deputy Provincial Director for Administration Police Colonel Ferdinand N. Oydoc; BFP Acting Municipal Fire Marshall-Fire Inspector Calvin B. Mondero represented by SFO4 Charles Fidel Golocan; Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Acting Jail Warden-Jail Senior Inspector Bartolome B. Tresmanio; and BMPS Chief of Police, Police Major Ryan A. Wakat represented by PCAPT. Hillary Magwa.
Following the opening program, a reception rites for the CRIM interns was held, which sparks the start of their internship period.#
