The Civil Service Commission- Cordillera Administrative Region (CSC-CAR) congratulates Mountain Province State University (MPSU) for establishing a process-defined HR Management in all four (4) core areas of the Enhanced Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management, making MPSU eligible for a PRIME-HRM Bronze Award pursuant to CSC Resolution No. 2500067, dated 16 January 2025.
Said 4 core areas of PRIME-HRM include recruitment, selection, and placement; learning and development; performance management; and rewards and recognition. This achievement reflects MPSU’s commitment to improving its HR systems by fostering a culture of transparency, efficiency, and employee professional development.
Following this announcement, MPSU will soon receive a Glass Plaque of Bronze Award, which will be coordinated by CSC-CAR through the Policies and Systems Evaluation Division (PSED).#
