18 February 2025—MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, along with IBT College’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President, Mr. Joe Shokour, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)-International Cooperation Agreement at Romblon State University.

This partnership aims to develop various collaborative activities, programs, and projects that center on empowering the stakeholders, especially the students of both institutions.

Moreover, this endeavor stems from President Cue’s participation at the Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE) 2024 Annual Conference held in Ottawa, Canada, in November 2024.

IBT College Business Travel and Tourism Technology is a registered private career college located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In relation, it is affiliated with EduCanada, an official Government of Canada resource for international students and researchers, with which MPSU sought to build a partnership.

The MoU signing was witnessed by CHED Commissioner Dr. Marita R. Canapi and Romblon State University President Dr. Merian Catajay-Mani.#
