MPSU President Edgar G. Cue witnessed and simultaneously joined the Community Outreach for Athletes and Character Enhancements through Sports (COACHES) Groundbreaking Ceremony for the proposed refurbishment of the University Quadrangle held at the frontage of the RSU Quadrangle.
