The Mountain Province State University (MPSU), led by University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, joined the 58th Mountain Province Founding Anniversary and the 18th Lang-ay Festival civic-military parade.
The parade commenced at the Provincial Plaza and ended at the Eyeb Gymnasium, the main event venue.#
