
Administration Conference Hall—-In celebration of the 2025 Ease of Doing Business Month and in commitment to enhancing service delivery, operational efficiency and compliance with the Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) Citizens’ Charter and ISO 9001:2015 standards, office process writers of the University attended the first day of a workshop dubbed, Streamlining Excellence: MPSU Process Simulation and Documentation Workshop for Transparent, Inclusive, and Quality Service Delivery today, 25 May 2025.
Said workshop included the incorporation of GAD policies in offices processes which was presented by GAD Focal Person Ms. Dixty L. Caranto, and overview and orientation on the documentation process which was discussed by ISO Coordinator Ms. Carolyne Dale C. Iguid. A workshop on the documentation and simulation process was held this afternoon.
University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, represented by Executive Assistant Atty. Dublin G. Okoren-Facullo, stressed that the activity is not mere compliance to requirements, but to strengthen the academe’s commitment to deliver excellent, transparent and compassionate public service. “With this seminar, we’d be able to identify our gaps and make necessary moves on how to address such,” he added.
Spearheaded by the ISO Coordinator and the Institutional Quality Assurance, the activity focuses on improving efficiency, compliance, transparency, stakeholder satisfaction, governance, and supporting sustainable development goals.
