MPSU-Tadian campus— In its continuous focus on elevating service delivery and operational effectiveness, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Core Team conducted a two-day workshop on process simulation and documentation on June 18- 19, 2025.
Firmly anchored in recognized frameworks such as the Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA), Citizensโ Charter, and ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards, the event aimed at refining, formalizing, and standardizing the Universityโs workflows and processes. This will also ensure that all services are inclusive and responsive to the diverse needs of the academeโs clients.
During the two-day event, the following activities were conducted: an overview of the documentation process, a discussion of GAD policies to be incorporated into office processes, a workshop on the documentation and simulation process, and a critique of the workshop output.#
