Mayaen Sports Complex โ The general student orientation for new undergraduate students in the University’s Bontoc Campus officially concluded today, 30 July 2025.
The orientation’s third to fifth days, originally scheduled for last week, were postponed due to the typhoon resumed today. The final batch of participants included freshmen and transferee students from the School of Accountancy, Business Education and Technology, the School of International Hospitality and Sustainable Tourism Management, and the School of Healthcare Education.
Like those who attended the earlier sessions, the students were briefed on the Universityโs academic policies, student services, and regulations.
The week-long orientation program began with sessions for the School of Criminal Justice Education and the School of Teacher Education, which were held from July 22 to 23.
University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, in his message, urged the students to live out the University’s Core Values-PRIME ( Professionalism, Resilience, Inclusivity, Moral Integrity and Excellence).
“Whatever academic program you enrolled in, I see in you the seeds of transformation, not only for yourselves, but for the communities and industries you are destined to serve,” Dr. Cue added.
With the general orientation activities now concluded and program orientations for undergraduate programs still running at the Bontoc campus, Tadian and Paracelis campuses will have theirs on July 31 and August 11, respectively.#
