
Bontoc Campus โ In celebration of Nutrition Month this July, the Universityโs Health Services Unit conducted Body Mass Index (BMI) assessments and vital signs monitoring, which benefitted 93 MPSU employees.
Based on the results, 50% of the employees were classified as overweight, 16% as Obese Class I, 3% as Obese Class II, and 31% fell within the normal range.
In response to these findings, the Health Services Unit encourages all personnel to actively participate in the Universityโs health and wellness programs and to be mindful of their dietary habits.#
