The University’s National Service Training Program, in collaboration with the Department of Tourism Management, conducted a tree-tending and tree-planting activity as part of the NSTP Week celebration in one of the Universityโ€™s adopted forests in Guinzadan, Bauko, Mountain Province.

Volunteers, consisting of students, faculty, and staff from the University, successfully planted 160 pine tree seedlings. They were joined by personnel from the Bureau of Fire Protection-Bauko Fire Station, led by FINS Legaspi B. Omaybas, and accompanied by Mr. Wilmer Ngamilot from CENRO-Sabangan.

Additionally, some volunteers planted cacao and Thailand bamboo seedlings in Baang, Bauko, Mountain Province.#
