MPSU Shares ISO 9001:2015 Practices with LGU Bontoc


The University, through its ISO Technical Working Group (TWG), extended its best practices and insights on ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System awareness to the Local Government Unit of Bontoc today, 07 August 2025.

The ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems. It provides a framework for organizations—regardless of size or sector—to consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements while enhancing satisfaction and operational efficiency. The standard emphasizes a process-based approach, risk-based thinking, leadership commitment, and evidence-based decision-making.

The TWG composed of Document Control Custodian and ISO Coordinator Ms. Carolyne Dale C. Iguid, Mr. Alexander Donato, IQA Director Ms. Collins F. Lidua, Ms. Rogelyn B. Nalicao and Ms. Khay Ann Dula.#
