The University, through its ISO Technical Working Group (TWG), extended its best practices and insights on ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System awareness to the Local Government Unit of Bontoc today, 07 August 2025.
The ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems. It provides a framework for organizationsโregardless of size or sectorโto consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements while enhancing satisfaction and operational efficiency. The standard emphasizes a process-based approach, risk-based thinking, leadership commitment, and evidence-based decision-making.
