
𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘼𝙑𝙍— 𝙏𝙤 𝙚𝙣𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙞𝙩𝙨 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙭𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙖𝙡 𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙬 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮, 22 𝘼𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩 2025.
There were 12 extension project proposals presented for Business and Social category and 7 for Health, Education, Engineering and Agriculture category.
Further, the review ensures that the extension proposals are aligned with the University’s extension agenda, comply with existing policies and guidelines and demonstrates outcomes that are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound).
University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue who was represented by Bontoc campus Director Dr. Arel B Sia-ed recognized the importance of ensuring that all proposals the institution endorsed are well-structuted, aligned to the goals and contextual.
“Let us be always reminded that every extension project we design and deliver is not just a program on paper, rather, this is a bridge of hope, an ionopportunity for empowerment, and a tool for transformation,” he added.
The project proposal review panels include Dr. Epiphania B. Magwilang, Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed, Dr. Obie Noe B. Madalang and Mr. Alfred O. Fomocao (for Health, Education, Engineering and Agriculture category); and Dr. Annie Grail F. Ekid, Dr. Joyce B. Cuyangoan and Ms. Collins F. Lidua (for Business and Social category).
