August 29, 2025- Mountain Province State Universityโs (MPSU) HEAL (Health, Empowerment, Awareness, and Life) Program at Coffee and Lemon Cafe, JBA Bldg., Samoki, Bontoc, officially concluded today with a heartfelt message from University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, delivered on his behalf by Chief Administrative Officer Atty. Dexter C. Lingbanan.
In his address, Dr. Cue expressed his gratitude to the guest speakers whose wisdom and passion guided the faculty, staff, and students in reflecting on the importance of caring for oneself and others.
He also commended the facilitators of the activity for their hard work and dedication, stressing that their commitment ensured the smooth conduct of every session, the engagement of participants, and the nurturing of a culture of care within the university.
โAs we conclude this journey, let us continue to listen, to empower, and to heal, for together, we are stronger, healthier, and better,โ said Dr. Cue as he concluded his message.
