The awarding ceremony was held at the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance. Representing University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue was Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo Jr., Vice President for Administration and Finance, who received the certificate on behalf of the university. The certificate was formally presented by Ms. Adolovenie M. Madapin, TESDA-Mountain Province Representative and UPTRAS Focal Person.
