September 26, 2025โ€”The Mountain Province State University (MPSU)-School of International Hospitality and Sustainable Tourism Management (SIHSTM) holds the Training Induction Program for Events Management Services NC III at SIHSTM Hall today.

The program is part of the continuing collaboration between MPSU, TESDA, and the Provincial Government aimed at equipping learners with industry-relevant skills. Present during the activity were Governor Bonifacio C. Lacwasan Jr., represented by Executive Assistant Mr. Ernesto C. Bondad; TESDA-Mountain Province Representative and UPTRAS Focal Person Ms. Adolovenie M. Madapin; MPSU Bontoc Executive Director Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed; SIHSTM Dean Dr. Karen B. Cue; MPSU faculty and staff; and the enrollees of the Events Management Services NC III program, who are the primary beneficiaries of the training.

University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue delivered a message through Chief Administrative Officer Atty. Dexter C. Lingbanan extends gratitude to TESDA and the Provincial Government for their unwavering support.

โ€œSuccess is not a matter of luck; it is the result of meticulous planning and precise execution,โ€ PEGC noted, highlighting the importance of event management services as a vital skill in ensuring the success of various gatherings and celebrations.
