Certificates of Registration were awarded to faculty members from Bontoc and Tadian campuses for meeting the qualifications required under RA 8047, or the Book Publishing Industry Development Act, as instructional designers and subject matter experts. The said award is from the National Book Development Board Philippines.
Certificates of Recognition were awarded to the editorial board and staff of the Highland Pulse Volume 1 Issue No. 1 “Empowering Voices, Enriching Lives,” the official magazine of the Office of the President.
Plaques of Recognition were awarded to various student organizations, University Colleges, and units for their achievements that brought the University to the spotlight. These are the Tala, The Mocking Bird for publishing its literary folio; the College of Healthcare Education for its Level IV Accreditation status; the Reserved Officers Training Corps Unit for bagging the Championship Award during the May 2025 RAATI and being recognized as one of the top eight ROTC Unit in Luzon Island Group; the Human Resources Management Office for the Bronze PRIME HR Award; the MPSU Library Tech Ed Center; the MPSU ISO Team; the PQA Technical Working Group for their dedication and services that led to the Philippine Quality Awards Level II; WURI Technical Working Group; and the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings Technical Working Group.
A plaque of appreciation was awarded to the Supreme Student Council. Plaques of appreciation were also awarded to various partners who continuously extend their support and strong commitment to the University. They are Cong. Maximo Y. Dalog, Jr., Provincial Governor Hon. Bonifacio C. Lacwasan, Jr., Atty. Cyphrine Maxcel Dalog-Duclan, Provincial Vice-Governor Jose O. Dominguez, EduHeart Publishing, Provincial Local Government Unit of Mountain Province, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority-Mountain Province, Department of Health, Department of Agriculture- Bureau of Agricultural Research, and Global ReSkilling Movement.
Further recognitions were extended to the University alumni who passed various board and bar examinations and to the winners and qualifiers of the 2025 Agency In-House Review.
Certificates of appreciation and recognition were also presented to the University and President Cue by various partners, including the Philippine Military Academy, the Professional Regulations Commission-Continuing Professional Development, and the Provincial Local Government of Mountain Province.
Song performances were rendered by the students from the College of International Hospitality and Sustainable Tourism Management, Tala the Mocking Bird, and Non-Teaching personnel.
Birthday messages were delivered by the various administrative offices through an audio-visual presentation; Mr. Hill Coleman Awichen, Student Regent; Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed, campus director for MPSU-Bontoc; and Ms. Jennifer Ruth C. Tuazon, dean for SSDO.
