Bearing the theme “Happitan (Conversations): Leveraging Science and Technology Towards Sustainable and Innovative Communities,” the annual event was organized by the Cordillera Consortium for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Resources Research and Development (CorCAARRD) and the Cordillera Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development Consortium (CIEERDeC).
