Empowering Excellence: MPSPC’s Milestones and Leadership at the Flag Raising Ceremony


College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue administered the oath of office of the five newly elected MPSPC MOVE Officers during the flag raising ceremony held at the Quadrangle today, June 10.

Prior to this, Dr. Cue highlighted in his message the remarkable accomplishments conquered by the college during the past weeks. “I take pride to announce that MPSPC PASSED the conducted International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Surveillance Audit on May 24, 2024. Also, our institution was HAILED as the CHAMPION garnering 97.1 % in the the conducted Regional Annual Administrative Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2024 among all State Universities and Colleges in the Cordillera on May 25, 2024. Further, MPSPC SOARED HIGH in the recently announced World University Rankings for Innovations 2024 during the Hybrid Conference last June 07, 2024. It is therefore a FEAT towards an overall ranking of the global top 300 innovative universities, we RANKED 260TH. More than these, the participation of our institution in the recently conducted Philippine Coffee Expo on June 7-9, 2024, Mr. Domingo Lawagey, Director of Montanosa Coffee Center, placed SECOND in the Arabica Category of the 2024 Philippine Coffee Quality Competition,” Dr. Cue added.

Furthermore, Dr. Cue reminded all employees to be guided on the implementation of Memorandum Circular No. 52 signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on June 4, 2024, on behalf of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., instructing the inclusion of Bagong Pilipinas Hymn and Pledge recital in the conduct of weekly flag ceremonies to further instill the principles of the brand of governance and leadership of the administration among Filipinos.

Moreover, Dr. Cue expressed his congratulations to the newly elected officers of MPSPC MOVE organization. “CONGRATULATIONS and I look forward to the achievements you will contribute to our college,” he added.

In his closing message, Dr. Cue emphasized the support of his administration. “As your college president, I am one with you in every step we set and every success we achieve. Indeed, this is A TRUE GRIT TO GREATNESS! Kasin Iya-iyaman! Hail to thee MPSPC, Matago-tago tako am-in,” he ended.
