KALAHI-CIDSS grantees in MPSPC receive cash-for-work salary


373 alumni and graduating students of the College who are grantees of the Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDSS) Cash-for-Work Program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) under the initiative of Senator Imee Marcos are receiving their salary today, March 7, 2024.

Present during the ceremonial payout held at the College Auditorium were Provincial Governor Hon. Bonifacio C. Lacwasan, Jr., College President Edgar G. Cue represented by Vice President for Administration and Finance Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo, Jr., Chief Administrative Officer Mr. Dexter C. Lingbanan, Campus Director Dr. Arel. B. Sia-ed, SSDO Dean Ms. Jennifer Ruth C. Tuazon, GAD Director and Focal Person Ms. Parline Angyap T. Ulallim, Alumni Coordinator Dr. Claire Kaplaan P. Lafadchan, Social Welfare Officer II Mr. Gian Carlo L. de Guzman, SWO III Mr. Christopher S. Daoayen, PDO II Ms. Pralyne K. Busacay, PDO II Robelyn Cargolo, SSDO and DSWD staff.

The KALAHI-CIDSS by the DSWD implemented the cash-for-work (CFW) as one of the interventions in addressing the employment needs of the communities, and in meeting human resource requirements in the pursuit of infrastructure sub-projects to improve access to basic services.
