The Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSP) through its Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) holds a Closing Ceremony of Advance ROTC Academic Phase Training (ARAPT) MS 31/32 and MS 41/42 Class 01-2924 at the College Auditorium today, August 17.
College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue expressed his profound congratulations and snappiest salute to the cadets through his welcome remarks. This activity is held to honor and celebrate the milestones of ROTC advance cadets by enduring the rigors of their training.
Attending the said event were, Congressman Maximo Y. Dalog, Jr. who served as the guest of honor and speaker, represented by Political Affairs Officer III from the Office of the Congressman Mr. Erlindo Agwilang, ROTC Unit headed by Director Maj Blas G. Alsiyao (INF) PA, and ROTC advance officers.
