MPSPC President Dr. Edgar G. Cue eagerly welcomed the participants during the opening program of the 4th Reserve Command, Philippine Army (RESCOM, PA)-wide blood donation activity held at the Eyeb, Open Gymnasium, MPGCHS, Bontoc, MP today, August 25.
Said event featured Provincial Board Member of Mountain Province, Honorable Joshua B. Fronda, as the guest of honor and speaker, and was attended by basic and advanced Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) cadets of MPSPC, including local and provincial partner line agencies.
