Tribute and Requiem Service Honoring Dr. Marcelino T. Delson


A requiem service was held to give honor and prayers, and to express a profound gratitude to the late Dr. Marcelino T. Delson, the first president of MPSPC at the Administrative Lobby today, August 23.

Following the event was a delivery of tribute messages to Dr. Delson’s legacy that thrives within the college. Moreover, Dr. Edgar G. Cue represented by Vice President for Administration and Finance Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo, Jr., delivered and expressed his heartfelt appreciation through his endearing message. “He may not be here physically but we pray that this service and our prayers will touch his soul,” said Dr. Cue.

Further, intermissions by college staff and personnel including memorial sharings from Dr. Delson’s former colleagues were also held.

Attending the event were family and friends of the late Dr. Delson, provincial and municipal officials, college officials, faculty, staff, and retired MPSPC personnel.
