MPSU inks MOA with DA


With Mountain Province State University’s (MPSU) aim to continually improve and upgrade its services, President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, represented by Local and International Affairs Director Dr. Karen B. Cue, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Department of Agriculture (DA) Secretary and Chairperson of Agricultural Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (ACEF) Executive Committee (EXECOM) Honorable Francisco P. Tiu Laurel, Jr., represented by Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Agricultural Research (DA-BAR) Director Dr. Junel B. Soriano, held at the VSDRED Center, Ba-ang, Banao, Bauko today, October 3.

During the opening program, President Cue was represented by Executive Director Atty. Dublin O. Facullo as she earnestly welcomed the guests and participants. Meanwhile, President Cue through the Director of Local and International Affairs, Dr. Karen B. Cue, delivered a gratitude and support message to empower and strengthen the collaboration of MPSU and DA.

The project is entitled as, Upgrading of the Montañosa Coffee Center at Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC). Further, the MOA was signed in the presence of DA-BAR Assistant Director Mr. Joell H. Lales, DA-BAR Program Development Division Head Mr. Raymond Patrick Cabrera, MPSU Project Leader Ms. Luzlyn M. Agwilang, MPSU Co-Project Leader Mr. Alver W. Claudio, Executive Assistant Atty. Dublin Facullo.
