A team from Apayao State College (ASC) benchmarked at Mountain Province State University (MPSU) on September 26-27, 2024.
Said activity centered on enhancing ASC’s academic programs and research facilities, particularly the best practices in the science, criminology, nursing, and engineering laboratories of MPSU Bontoc Campus and Tadian Campus.
The ASC team was led by their Vice President for Administration and Finance Services Ms. Jemmarie S. Kotoken, Director for Knowledge Technology Management (KTM) Dr. Philip Constantine L. Mandac, Planning Officer Mr. Esteban I. Patting III, Procurement Officer Ms. Devorah A. Molina, Criminology Department Faculty Mr. Richmond Reyes, Civil Engineering Department faculty , Engr. Benjamin A. Feril, personnel and staff, Mr. Kerwin John Bayaua, Ms. Jenny-Vee P. Pumbaya, and Mr. Arnold Galvez.
